LIL CROSS is a rapper from the inlander empire and owns a collective alongside his friend Lil Goth. CROSS hopes to make a community and fanbase with his music and introduce his unique flows to the audience. Cross looks forward to helping people with his music and making an impact. CROSS makes music usually in what he feels at the moment. If Cross feels sad he makes sad music but with a deep meaning and likes adding interesting stories behind his new songs so the audience can dive deeper and get more involved with the music.
CROSS has a creative side when it comes to mixing his music as if it is also visually there in front of him. What makes cross unique is his variety of flows and how much his voice changes on the track from time to time. When CROSS first started making music it was in rehab. When he went to rehab that was what sparked his creative interest to make music. Before that CROSS would always write lyrics to beats on youtube and just practice them in his room from time to time. CROSS also got into music from all the car rides where he would freestyle in the car while chilling with friends.
The reason why rehab got CROSS into music is that the rehab he went to offered a nice studio with a bunch of recording equipment. CROSS first started getting into garage band while he first started making music then switched to band lab. CROSS likes the idea of using equipment that anyone can afford at the moment to prove to anyone that they can do music as well. CROSS finds that the impact that music makes on people can be very influential and help a lot of people during hard times.
CROSS likes to also leave the listeners in suspension to wonder if the songs he's rapping and singing are about our fictional or nonfictional. Some of the songs he makes are from personal experience and then while others could be how he feels at the moment turning it into a fictional story on the song. CROSS finds that he's more drawn to the audience that has been kicked to the curb most of their lives because he can relate to those people the most. CROSS also finds the importance in spreading more awareness around mental health in his songs.
Another thing that CROSS will tend to do in his music is talk about issues going on in the world where he hopes he could make at least an ounce of change in areas of the world. CROSS likes to wake some people up to the fact that there's a lot more going on than what meets the eyes and that we got to be better and change those things.
Some of the favorite projects CROSS has worked on would be most of his songs with Lil Goth. Some of his favorite artists would be Lil Peep XXXTENTACION, CRAIG XEN, $B, Mac Miller, Pink Cig, Steven Moses, Yung Goth, Cold Hart, Juice Wrld,6 dogs, capoxxo, Ghostmane, BONES, Burgos, Jake Hill, NIGHT LOVELL, Lil Uzi vert, Lil Tracy and a lot more. CROSS grew up on peep and XXXTENACION heavily in his teen years and aspires to find some of the same unique melodies just as they did.
Hi, my name is Audrey I started vocal training around the age of four when I was first introduced to music. My father was into the guitar at a young age and got me into rock and other genres of rock when I was a kid. When my father introduced me to music I started developing a goal not just with my music but as a person as well as what my goal was in life. As an artist, I would like to wake people up because our world is becoming more normalized to things that make me feel like I’m choking with disgust when I hear them. In the coming next year my goal is to go out and do more shows outside of Texas. Some of the places Where I would like to spread the vibes and emotions of my music would have to be this next coming year to my fans would be California, Vegas, Florida, and Atlanta. Not that I don’t love texas but Ive been already performing in texas and doing shows now for three years I feel as if this year I need to spread myself out more to my audience and make more of an audience for myself as one of my main goals for the next coming year.
If you like post-punk/psych rock/indie rock/hyper pop/synth pop/rap then you should check out my list of songs on my page that relate to all of these genres and find yourself lost in a new space of sound for these genres. Some of the cool places i’ve performed over the last years since I’ve been doing music are Six flags Over Texas Amusement park in Arlington texas, Love and War Texas restaurant, Gas Monkey Live Texas Venue, The Revel, and the Lee Harveys Texas bar. Some of the incredible bands and artists that I enjoy listening to would be John Lennon, The Hollies, Lana del Rey, The White Stripes, The Kinks, Purity Ring, Melanie Martinez, Led Zeppelin, The Neighborhood, Midwxst, Sister of Mercy, Joy Division, mgmt, Black Sabbath, Big Bite, Bauhaus, The Smiths, Slow Dive, Pierce the Veil, Underscores, MARINA, Pacific Avenue, Sleeping with Sirens, 311, and Quinn. Over the Years all these artists have touched my heart and some of the reasons for this encouraged me to get into my music. Some of the things I want to share with my fans is how growing up as a kid it was hard for me to grow up from bullying because of the way I choose to express myself. I will choose to express myself however any day no matter what people think about me because that makes me happy. If something makes you happy keep your head up and chase as long as you’re being responsible and not hurting anyone else you deserve to be happy don’t let anything or anyone ever take that away from you. This is my message to my audience and for newer fans that come down the way.
Hey, my name is Daphne, aka SXREY and I’m a twenty-year-old artist from California. Before I was born, both my Mom and Dad were heavy metal listeners, who often enjoyed listening to artists like Megadeth, Suicidal Tendencies, and Mötley Crüe. At a very young age, I was exposed to a variety of artists ranging from The Animals and The Stooges to artists like Green Day and Metallica. Other modern-day artists have influenced me as well, like Dripping So Pretty, BONES, and Bladee. From there on out, I took an interest in playing various instruments and creating covers of my favorite songs growing up. I started writing music as far back as 2010, but only started recording my music in mid-2020. Music has always been my interest and I hope to craft my own sound one day.
If you enjoy listening to alternative rap, cloud rap, or glitchcore/scene core you might find enjoyment while listening to my newer and older content. My sound has slowly evolved these past few years. It has previously been more alternative and melancholic, but as the years went by I have slowly begun to venture into a more hyper pop/ scene core type of vibe. I have recently tried to break out of my comfort sound and experiment with different fusions of genres. After all, alternative rap was a fusion of psychedelic rock and old-school rap, one of the pioneers being The Animals. I have also begun to produce my music, which is more surfer/indie rock like The Polarity or Hippocampus. Soon, I want to become one of the pioneers of a breakthrough genre.
I love expressing myself and my beliefs through my music. I started writing and recording while I was going through a rough patch in my life. I experienced homophobia and addiction while growing up with a nonexistent support system. I often listened to music to drown out my negative thoughts and felt comfort in the way that these artists portrayed their own emotions. I want to help other people like how those artists have helped me. I want to help my listeners find themselves and connect with them through my music. I often get teary-eyed when people message me saying that my music has helped them get through their tough times. That’s all I could ever ask for as an artist; a way to help other people through my art.
BlvckRxse is an 18-year-old emo/alternative rapper who dabbles in other genres such as pop punk, rock, and metal. His passion for music began with listening to Eminem as a kid. Then in fourth grade, he started to write poems/songs. During ninth grade, he discovered BandLab and started to record songs. By 10th grade, he had started to release his songs under the name “Division”. BlvckRxse has gone through many names but finally settled on the current due to recent changes in his life. Inspiration for BlvckRxse’s current work comes from artists such as Lil Peep, Nirvana, Brennan Savage, and XXXTENTACION.
BlvckRxse isn’t just a name for this artist, it’s a heart on a sleeve. “Roses have always been my lifeline. Where some people would draw butterflies to avoid self-harm, I drew roses. And at the point I’m at right now, dealing with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and things going on in my family. My rose is dying and turning black. So I’m turning my gaze to music to be the healing waters that give my rose color again.” BlvckRxse also wants to show fans that they aren’t alone. No matter what struggles they go through in life or trials they seem to fail, they aren’t alone. “Everyone gets into the mindset of isolation when they’re fighting their demons. But no one can face that all on their own. No one is that strong. You need a support system, like sponsors in AA, or therapy. These programs are designed to stop you from isolation because you can’t heal when you’re fighting alone.”
